Why do you only see patients through telemedicine?At comprehensive Psychiatry we understand how being in a comfortable environment allows you to feel relaxed and more comfortable discussing your psychiatric problems. We also appreciate that you have other demands on your time and prefer for you to not have to spend any time commuting to the psychiatric appointments. Our goal is to make your life easier.

Do you only see patients during the weekend?Weekday appointments are available on special request. We will work with you to find a time that allows you to get the help that you deserve.

Are you based on Arizona? Can I see you in person?Although Comprehensive Psychiatry is based in Arizona, we currently only see patient's via telemedicine.

What happens if I miss my appointment?If you miss your appointment you can request another appointment. however if the appointment was not cancelled with a 24 hours notice then you are still responsible for the cost of the appointment. This is simply because the physician allocates this time for you to be seen and needs to be compensated for their time.

Will my insurance company reimburse me?We can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for complete or partial reimbursement. Please discuss your out of network benefits with your insurance provider.
